When I think about my favorite gemstones, moonstones are definitely high up on that list (because that list is loooong). As much as I love vintage and antique moonstone jewelry, it is getting harder to find in many regards – first off, finding moonstones that have a glowing adularescence. That’s the beautiful sheen the stone gives off in the form of an optical effect – and not every moonstone has the same intensity. It is also tough to find antique moonstones in perfect condition, many have chips or abrasions from years of wear or improper storage. I’ve been opting for modern moonstone jewelry because of all this and finding Mark Henry Jewelry has been amazing!
In a world where fashion and luxury go hand in hand, Mark Henry Jewelry stands as a shining beacon of exquisite craftsmanship and timeless elegance. With a legacy that spans decades, this renowned jewelry brand has captured the hearts of connoisseurs and collectors worldwide. They specialize in gemstones that are highly sought after – like moonstones, alexandrite, paraiba tourmaline and a few other precious stones. They pair these gems with very fashionable, wearable jewelry designs to create their line. I got the opportunity to play with some of their moonstone pieces and take these photos!
Mark Henry Jewelry was founded over 40 years ago in New York City and is a family-run business. Laura Medine and her son Haim are now behind the brand and the duo have been creating some incredible pieces. The craftsmanship is superior and these are pieces you will hand-down through generations. Since I collect celestial jewelry, I was really excited about the sun and moon pendants – I thought it was fun to take photos in the sunshine and moonlight! Moonstones are truly beautiful in any lighting and these photos prove just that.
If you love these designs, you must check out all their other creations by going to their website and browsing around. Definitely follow over on Instagram as well
